laborers, hailing from various villages near Saraiya, are unable to contact the contractor, who is believed to have absconded with their wages. The contractor's mobile phone is switched off, and his whereabouts are unknown. The laborers have filed a complaint with the Saraiya police, who have confirmed receiving the application and assured legal action. The local district council member, Anoop Pandey, has threatened to halt all construction work at the railway complex unless the concerned authorities take action to ensure payment to the laborers.

Sabhi mazdoor, jinko Saraiya, Navadih, Kabdiah Tola, Makhmango, Ratanpura aur Chichaki se aaye hain, contractor se contact nahi kar pa rahe hain. Contractor ka mobile switch off hai aur uska pata nahi chala. Mazdoore ne Saraiya police mein complaint file ki hai aur police ne application milne ki confirm ki hai aur legal action lene ka assurance diya hai. Local district council member, Anoop Pandey, ne dhamki di hai ki agar concerned authorities mazdoor ko payment na karaye toh railway campus mein chal raha sabhi kaam band kar diya jayega.
