this is the largest project in the Sonpur division and assured the railway's full support. Before the review, the DRM inspected the construction site. During his first visit to the Booking & Inquiry Center (BEC), which is operational now, he sought information from the authorities on available facilities. He gathered feedback on increasing footfall and emphasized the importance of making the signage more appealing. He mentioned that the railway board has issued a new policy for this purpose and requested guidance from the board. He also instructed the prompt installation of the escalator on the new FOB adjacent to the BEC. Later, he inspected the combined building terminal at Pampu Pokhar.
