He further pointed out that there has been no notification for land acquisition, no Gram Sabha meeting, and no communication regarding the approach road from the Public Works Department. kaha ki char varshon se sthaniy sansad Govindpur ki janta ko chalaava dene ka kaam kar rahe hain. 3 varsh purv gramsabha ki gayi thi, lekin iski anushansa ab tak nahi ki gayi. 2 varsh se zyada samay bit jaane ke baad gramsabha amanya ho jati hai. Vartaman sthiti mein na gram sabha hui hai, na hi bhoomi arjan ke liye notification hua hai, na hi path nirman vibhag dwara railway overbridge tak approach road ko lekar koi baat hui hai, to kaise Govindpur railway overbridge ka shilanyas kiya ja raha hai. Lok Sabha chunav ko dekhte hue lollipop dene ka kaam kiya ja raha hai.
