यात्रियों को अभी करना पड़ेगा इंतजार: कुरुक्षेत्र-नरवाना रेल मार्ग पर ट्रायल हुआ फेल, गति पर फिलहाल ब्रेक

A speed trial conducted on the Kurukshetra-Narwana rail route on February 5th by an OMR special train failed to meet the required speed standards. Consequently, the introduction of the Vande Bharat Express train on this route is now also on hold. The trial indicated that the train achieved speeds of...

up to 100 km/h between Narwana and Dhund but failed to reach that speed between Dhund and Kurukshetra. The trial only managed speeds of 80 km/h for a significant portion of this section. The railway authorities attribute this failure to the sandy nature of the track between Dhund and Kurukshetra, which is not yet robust enough to support speeds of 110 km/h. As a result, the speeds of other trains operating on this route will not be increased either. The railway authorities plan to conduct another speed trial after strengthening the track in the coming months. The trial involved a team of 15 officials, including senior engineer Vaibhav Pathak from North Railway Delhi, who inspected the track between Narwana and Kurukshetra on February 5th. The 86-km-long Kurukshetra-Narwana rail route has a 43-km stretch in the Kaithal district, which has been recently replaced, with the remaining sections being over 150 years old. Rail authorities are committed to addressing the shortcomings identified during the trial to ensure the successful implementation of speed enhancement measures.

5 February ko Kurukshetra-Narwana rail route pe OMR special train se kiya gaya speed trial successful nahi raha. Iske karan ab is route pe Vande Bharat Express train chalne ka plan bhi hold pe hai. Trial me Narwana se Dhund tak to 100 km/h speed aayi, lekin Dhund se Kurukshetra tak...

speed nahin aayi. Is section me 20-25 km tak sirf 80 km/h speed aayi. Railway officials ne yeh bataya ki Dhund se Kurukshetra tak ka track sandy hai aur 110 km/h speed ke liye strong nahi hai. Iske karan, is route pe chalne wali other trains ki speed bhi nahin badhi jaa sakti. Railway authorities aage aane wale months me track ko strong karne ke baad ek aur speed trial karenge. 5 February ko, North Railway Delhi ke 15 officials ki team ne Narwana se Kurukshetra tak ke track ka inspection kiya tha. Kurukshetra-Narwana route 86 km lamba hai jisme se 43 km Kaithal district me hai, jiska track recently replace kiya gaya hai. Remaining sections 150 saal se zyada purane hain. Railway authorities ne trial me aaye shortcomings ko dur karne ke liye kaam shuru kar diya hai.
