They also inspected the train's kitchen. The inspection team included the Divisional Commercial Manager, Nitesh Sone, along with ticket checking staff and Railway Protection Force personnel. It was revealed that just a few days prior, a passenger traveling from Rani Kamalapati to Jabalpur on seat number 75 had reported finding a cockroach in their food.
