The NCR Railway Manager, Himanshu Badoni, confirmed that PM Modi will virtually inaugurate the Amrit Station project in Sonbhadra, alongside the doubling of the Chopan-Chunar line, on February 26th. This is expected to accelerate the doubling work on the 102 kilometer long route. The Amrit Yojana is underway at the Sonbhadra railway station. The Station Superintendent, Rammani Saraswat, confirmed that the foundation stone ceremony will be held at the station on February 26th.
