The existing UTS counter on the northern side of the junction operates 24 hours a day. The new counters provide convenience to passengers arriving from the south. A video conferencing system for inquiries has also been installed, connecting directly to the junction's support counter, allowing passengers to access train information through video conferencing.

kataya. Is building mein, vartamaan mein unreserved category ke do counters ko shuru kiya gaya hai. Aane waale samay mein, iski sankhya badhai ja sakti hai. Junction ke uttari hisse ka UTS counter 24 ghante kaam kar raha hai. Naya building mein khule do counters se dakshin taraf se aane waale yaatriyon ko ticket lene mein suvidha hogi. Building mein puchhtaach ke liye video conferencing system bhi shuru kiya gaya hai. Yeh sidhe junction ke sahayog counter se juda rahega. Isse yaatri video conferencing ke madhyam se trains ki jaankaari le sakte hain.
