If the issue is not resolved within 12 hours, the complaint is automatically escalated to higher officials. This initiative was prompted by complaints from railway employees about the lack of timely action by branch officials. The app is expected to benefit over 2100 families residing in railway quarters in Tatanagar.

Mobile par Samadhan Bijli app ko download karke quarter ki bijli problem (low voltage, pankha-light ka switch kharab, short circuit aur other) se electric supervisor ko avgat kara sakte hain. App ke madhyam se problem ka solution agar 12 ghante mein nahin hua toh woh shikayat apne aap department ke anya variy adhikari tak pahunch jaayegi. Tatanagar ke 2100 parivar ko yeh app suvidha degi.
