On Monday morning at around 4 AM, a bamboo gate at the Saraiya-Rajdhanwar road railway crossing was broken by a tractor carrying illegal sand. After an hour of effort, traffic resumed at 5 AM. The tractor and driver, Qyum Ansari from Potma, were apprehended by RPF and a case was registered under various railway sections. He was then sent to Dhanbad under judicial custody. The incident exposed the illegal sand mining business in Saraiya, which happens every morning. Eye witnesses claimed the accident occurred due to the driver's haste in crossing the gate. More than 40 tractors carrying illegal sand were lined up at the crossing.

aur Hazaribagh Road station manager ko inform kiya. Department ke logon ne ek ghante ki mehnat ke baad, subah 5 baje traffic start karaya. Is incident me, Potma resident Qyum Ansari, jo tractor chala raha tha, use RPF ne pakad liya aur railway ke different sections ke under case register kar diya. Use Dhanbad judicial custody me bhej diya gaya. Ye incident Saraiya me har roz subah chalu illegal sand business ko expose kar raha hai. Monday ki yeh incident ko dekhne wale logon ka kehna hai ki driver ki jaldi se gate cross karne ki chaal ke chakkar mein yeh incident hua aur gate toot gaya. Almost 40 se zyada illegal sand ladhe tractors crossing pe line lag gaye.
