The city administration is transferring these properties to the Urban Administration and Development Department, enabling the metro rail project and the implementation of the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) policy. The TOD policy aims to incentivize development around metro stations with additional Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and other benefits for both private and public land within a 500-meter radius of the station.
