During the inspection, she reviewed ongoing development work, operational ease, redevelopment work under the Amrit Station project, safe operation, track, overhead traction, and took cognizance of permanent and temporary vigilance orders on the Gorakhpur-Chhapra rail section. After the window trailing inspection, Smt. Mathur departed for Asan Sol via Poorvanchal Express, while Divisional Railway Manager Vinay Kumar Srivastava alighted at Chhapra Junction and thoroughly inspected the ongoing passenger amenities development work at Chhapra station. He inspected the under-construction entrance gate, booking office, reception area, pedestrian overbridge extension, newly constructed platforms and their PP shelters, new toilet construction, and arrangements for managing crowds of devotees during the Mauni Amavasya festival, including waiting areas, seating arrangements, glow sign name boards, signage, water booths, lighting, etc. He instructed officials to complete all ongoing passenger amenity work within the stipulated time frame with complete quality.

Unhone Chhapra station ke dusre chhor pe ban raha pravesh dwaar, booking office, reception area, paidal uparigami pul ka vistar, navnirmit platform aur unke PP shelter, nayi prasadhan ka nirman aur Mauni Amavasya mela mein aane wali shraddhaluon ki bheed ke prabandhan ke liye pratikkshalay, baithne ki vyavastha, glow sign name boards, signage, water booths, prakash vyavastha aadi ke saath station pe passenger facilities ke liye chal rahe kaam ka nirdeshan kiya aur tay time limit ke andar puri gunvatta ke saath pura karne ke liye nirdeshit kiya.
