The Indian Central Cabinet has approved the construction of a 88.81 km railway doubling line between Motumarri in Khammam district and Vishnuparam in Nalgonda district. This project will cost ₹1,746.40 crores and is expected to reduce travel time between Hyderabad and Vijayawada once completed.
