Mangari market. After crossing a passenger train in front of Kakarhia Baba, she was crossing the tracks when a second train on the down line struck her. Vandana's husband, Abhishek Singh, works for a private company outside the village. The couple has three children. Family members on the scene stated Vandana had hearing impairment, which might have prevented her from hearing the approaching train. Villagers reported several previous accidents at this location, where people frequently cross the railway tracks. Inspector Sanjay Mishra of Phulpur stated further action is being taken in the case.

thi. Kakarhia Baba ke saamne ek passenger train ko cross karne ke baad, woh line paar kar rahi thi tabhi down line pe ek aur train aa gayi aur woh usme aa gayi. Vandana ke husband, Abhishek Singh, private company me bahar kaam karte hain. Unke teen bacche hain. Maut ke jagah par aaye family members ne bataya ki Vandana ko kam sunayi deta tha. Iss wajah se woh train ki aawaz nahi sun payi hogi ya fir dekh nahi payi hogi. Gaon wale ne bataya ki yeh jagah par bahut sari incidents ho chuki hain. Gaon wale akser yahan se rail line paar karte hain. Inspector Phulpur, Sanjay Mishra ne bataya ki aage ki karyaawahi ki jaa rahi hai.
