The lack of an underpass connecting platforms 6 and 7 forced the train to be brought to platform 6, requiring the food to be transported across the tracks. The senior divisional operations manager explained that the train was parked at platform 6 because it arrived early and halting it at the outer platform would have obstructed other trains.

mein bahut dikkat hui. Aanan fanan mein railway patari paar karke Astha train ke pilgrims tak khana pahunchaya gaya. Charbagh station pe aane wali Astha Special trains ke liye platform ek se panch tak tay kiya gaya hai. Iski wajah yeh hai ki Astha Special train ke passengers ke liye Lucknow mein roz hazaron plate khana, pani load kiya jata hai. Platform do se panch tak jaane ke liye underpass se electric loader se khana pahunch jata hai. Platform chhe-saat underpass se jude nahi hain. Is tarah, Thursday ko Sikandrabad se Astha Special train number 07221 pehle pahunchne se Charbagh station ke platform number chhe pe laya gaya. Isliye khana chhe number tak pahunchane ke liye railway line paar kiya gaya. Senior divisional operations manager, Rajnish Kumar ne bataya ki train 50 minutes pehle aa gayi thi. Train ko outer pe rokta toh peeche aur trains khari ho jati. Isliye jo platform khali raha, uspe train ko laya gaya.
