Stones pelted at Chennai-Tirunelveli Vande Bharat Express damage glass windows in six coaches

Railway Junction at 10.40 p.m., where technicians inspected the damage. Minor damage to the glass windows in six coaches was found, but the technicians determined they could be replaced during the train's weekly check-up on February 6. Temporary repairs were conducted, allowing the train to resume its journey to Chennai at 6 a.m. on Monday, February 5. The Government Railway Police (GRP) was alerted, and investigations are ongoing. GRP officers suspect the perpetrators were under the influence of alcohol or drugs and are reviewing CCTV footage to identify them.

2.50 p.m. mein nikli thi aur Tirunelveli Railway Junction pe 10.40 p.m. par pahunchi. Technicians ne damage ki jaanch ki aur unhone dekha ki chhe coaches ki glass windows thoda sa kharab hui hain. Lekin unhone kaha ki yeh windows train ke weekly check-up pe 6 February ko badal diye jayenge. Train ko Monday, February 5 ko subah 6 baje Chennai wapas jaane ke liye temporary repair ki gayi. Government Railway Police (GRP) ko inform kiya gaya aur investigation chal rahi hai. GRP officers suspect ki miscreants alcohol ya drugs ke nashe mein the aur CCTV footage check karke unhe identify karne ki koshish kar rahe hain.
