The significant increase in capex allocation, almost nine times higher than in 2013-14, reflects the Railways' ambitious modernization plans, including the introduction of hydrogen-powered trains, more Vande Bharat trains, and the completion of the bullet train project. This investment is also evident in infrastructure projects such as new lines, doubling existing lines, gauge conversion, and passenger amenity enhancements. The safety of passengers is prioritized, with substantial investments made in safety-related infrastructure. The Metro Rail network has expanded significantly, doubling operational line coverage and quadrupling city coverage since 2018-19. It now operates in 20 cities, up from 5 in 2014. The PMG (Project Monitoring Group) mechanism has proven instrumental in expediting the execution of long-delayed projects, resolving over 2,000 issues for projects worth ₹49.4 lakh crore.

ka modernization plan bohot ambitious hai, jisme hydrogen-powered trains, zyada Vande Bharat trains, aur bullet train project ka completion shamil hai, isliye capex allocation mein almost 9 times jump aaya hai, jo ki 2013-14 se zyada hai. Ye investment new lines, doubling existing lines, gauge conversion aur passenger amenity enhancements jaise infrastructure projects mein bhi dikhta hai. Passenger ki safety ko priority diya ja raha hai, aur safety related infrastructure mein bhi kaafi investment kiya ja raha hai. Metro Rail network mein bhi bohot badhaav aaya hai, 2018-19 se operational line coverage double ho gaya hai aur city coverage 4 times zyada ho gaya hai. Ab ye 20 cities mein chal raha hai, 2014 mein ye sirf 5 cities mein tha. PMG (Project Monitoring Group) mechanism kaafi effective hai, jiske through long-delayed projects ko jaldi khatam kiya ja raha hai, aur ₹49.4 lakh crore ke projects mein 2,000 se zyada issues solve ho chuke hai.
