The delays are also impacting the up-line trains. The Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Samastipur Rail Division, Vinay Srivastava, has acknowledged the impact of fog on train operations. He stated that efforts are being made to ensure trains operate on schedule. In addition to delays, several major trains, including the Vaishali Express, are running 12 to 24 hours late and some trains have even been canceled.

Delay ke alawa, Vaishali Express jaisi kai major trains 12 se 24 ghante late chal rahi hain, aur kuchh trains cancel bhi ki gayi hain.
