Meanwhile, the Shiv Ganga Express, departing from platform 8 of Banaras station, was swiftly relocated to platform 1. Normal operations resumed on the line after 10:30 PM. A committee has been formed by the DRM to investigate the incident, according to the Public Relations Officer, Ashok Kumar. The engine (power number 13146), which had arrived from Izzatnagar, was backing up on line number 4 near gate number 4 when two of its wheels derailed. Railway operating, mechanical, permanent way, signaling, and other technical teams arrived at the scene. The engine was removed after about three hours of effort with machinery. Downside train traffic then resumed.

beech, Banaras station ke platform number aath se New Delhi jaane wali Shiv Ganga Express ko platform number ek par shift kiya gaya. Raat 10:30 PM ke baad, line par chalne wala normal ho gaya. Mandal ke public relations officer, Ashok Kumar ne bataya ki DRM ne is incident ki jaanch ke liye committee bana di hai. Izzatnagar se Banaras aaya engine (power number 13146) gate number chaar ke paas line number chaar par back kar raha tha. Issi beech, uske do pahiya achanak patri se utar gaye. Mouske par railway ke chalne wala, mechanic, permanent way, signaling, aur other technical teams pahunch gaye. Machine laga kar, lagbhag teen ghante ki mehnat ke baad, engine ko hataaya gaya. Iske baad, down side ki train ka chalne wala shuru ho gaya.
