of the 148 km long Hajipur-Sugauli project, with train operations currently running from Hajipur to Vaishali. Once the CRS approves, the new section will be operational, connecting Vaishali to Paru Khas. The project will benefit several areas in the Muzaffarpur district and bordering regions. In other news, the 'Astha Express' will operate from Bhagalpur to Ayodhya from January 29th to March 2nd, 2024. The train will consist of 22 sleeper coaches and will include food and water facilities. Due to the Ram Janmabhoomi temple inauguration on January 22nd, security measures have been enhanced at railway stations and on trains throughout the state. This includes additional police presence, thorough checks by GRP officers, and sniffer dog searches at stations.
