The foundation stone for the construction of the Khalilabad-Bahraich rail line, which will connect around 100 kilometers of Sant Kabir Nagar and Siddharthnagar districts, was laid in March 2019. This line will also connect with the Gorakhpur-Barhni rail route. The Ministry of Railways included this project as a special project last year.

March 2019 mein Khalilabad-Bahraich rail line ke construction ka foundation stone rakha gaya tha, jiske through Sant Kabir Nagar aur Siddharthnagar jilon ke lag-bhag 100 kilometer lamba hissa rail path se judega. Yeh line Gorakhpur-Barhni rail route se bhi judegi. Last saal Rail Ministry ne ise special project mein shamil kiya tha.
