Additionally, passengers will receive color-coded stickers on their tickets indicating the designated passenger shelter, similar to the Delhi Metro system. Retro-reflective arrow marks will also be placed to guide passengers to the correct platform. A control room will be established at Prayagraj Junction, and Prayagraj Sangam station will be closed on Mauni Amavasya, with passengers directed to Prayagraj station for train travel.
