policy for confirmed tickets on trains delayed by 3 hours or more. Passengers can claim the refund by filing a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) before the train's actual departure. While cash ticket refunds are processed immediately, online refunds can take up to 90 days. This policy does not apply to waiting list tickets, general tickets purchased at the window, or tickets on trains delayed for less than 3 hours.

wajah se, Indian Railways ne confirm tickets pe full refund dene ka policy banaya hai, agar koi train 3 hours ya usse zyada late hai. Apko TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) file karna hoga train ke actual departure se pehle. Cash tickets ka refund toh wahi pe mil jaega, lekin online tickets ka refund 90 din tak lag sakta hai. Yeh policy waiting list tickets, window se liye gaye general tickets, ya 3 hours se kam late train pe applicable nahi hai.
