The Indore train is likely to be non-AC and will also serve passengers from Dewas and Ujjain, which already have three trains running to Ayodhya. This initiative comes after requests from local officials and members of the Zonal Railway Users Consultative Committee (ZRCC), who highlighted the demand for such a service. The Western Railway plans to start with five locations initially, including Indore, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, and Surat.
