Additional demands include an automatic escalator/lift for senior citizens and differently-abled individuals, a new exit path for passengers, converting the Delhi-Nizamuddin weekly train into a bi-weekly train, LHVB coaches for the Durg-Ambikapur train, a morning intercity train from Ambikapur to Raipur, and operating the Shahdol-Nagpur train starting from Ambikapur. The members also pushed for the proposed Ambikapur-Renukut rail line, emphasizing its cost-effectiveness and high ROI, highlighting the strong public support for connecting Ambikapur to Renukut via rail.
