Train timings are being rescheduled due to delays. For instance, trains scheduled for Tuesday evening and night reached Tatanagar station on Wednesday morning. The Bhuvaneshwar Delhi Rajdhani Tejas Express and Rishikesh Puri Kalinga Utkal Express were rescheduled for 13 hours due to delays. Previously, trains from Delhi and Howrah were also rescheduled. Due to the delays, the Utkal Express from Puri was canceled on December 31st and the Rishikesh Express on December 3rd. Passengers at Tatanagar are canceling pre-booked tickets due to the delays, while others from remote areas are forced to wait for their trains. Passengers are opting for buses from Tatanagar to Odisha and taking other trains to Howrah. The Chakradharpur division has instructed Tatanagar to dispatch trains on time. Passengers expressed concerns about the inconvenience caused by the delays, highlighting the impact on their duties and exam schedules. They also criticized the lack of timeliness in the Rajdhani and Duronto Express, which contradicts the railways' commitment to timely service.

Mangalvaar shaam aur raat ki train, Budhvaar subah Tatanagar station pe pahuchi, kyunki Bhuvaneshwar Delhi Rajdhani Tejas Express aur Rishikesh Puri Kalinga Utkal Express ko 13 ghante late chalne ki wajah se reschedule kiya gaya tha. Pehle Delhi aur Howrah se bhi train ko reschedule kiya gaya tha. Late chalne ki wajah se Puri se Utkal 31 December aur Rishikesh se 3 December ko cancel kar diya gaya hai. Tatanagar mein, har roz 50-60 passengers apne booking tickets cancel kar rahe hai, kyunki train late ho rahi hai. Aur dur se aane wale passengers station pe train ka wait karne ko majboor hain. Tatanagar se Odisha jaane wale bus mein travel karne ke saath, Howrah ke passengers dusri trains pe travel kar rahe hain. Chakradharpur division ne Tatanagar ko train time pe dispatch karne ka order diya hai. Passengers ne train late hone ki wajah se hone wali pareshaniyaan ke baare mein complain ki hai, aur kaha hai ki unki duty aur exams mein late aa rahe hain.
