Additionally, Duggal proposed extending the Hisar-Kota Express (via Churu) to Sirsa, connecting Sirsa to the capital city of Chandigarh, operating the Bathinda-Kalka Superfast Intercity (via Mahm-Panipat) by sharing coaches with the Bathinda-Delhi Kisan Express, and extending the Kota-Hisar Express (via Loharu) and Hisar-Kota Express (via Churu) to Sirsa.
