He also complained about harassment and mistreatment of employees during the annual Performance Appraisal Meeting (PAM), particularly in the Bandomunda Railway Hospital. Dr. Mishra assured Hak that he would work on filling the doctor shortage at the Chakradharpur Division Hospital and initiate a process to recruit contract doctors at medical centers within the division.

Dr. Mishra ne Hak ko assurance diya ki woh Chakradharpur Division Hospital mein doctors ki kami ko door karne ke liye kaam karenge aur division ke medical centers mein contract doctors ki recruitment ki process shuru karenge.
