रद्द नहीं होगी जलियांवाला बाग एक्सप्रेस, 18 से चलेगी

The Tatanagar-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh Express, which was temporarily suspended due to fog concerns from December 4th to March 1st, will resume its operation twice a week starting December 18th. This decision comes after protests from the Sikh community, who felt the suspension caused inconvenience. The Central Gurdwara Management Committee, led by...

Sardar Bhagwan Singh, had warned of further action if the train wasn't reinstated. Following their appeal, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw assured the resumption of the train, which was confirmed by the South Eastern Railway zone on Friday. The Sikh community expressed gratitude for the decision, highlighting its convenience for thousands of passengers in six states. However, they have also requested daily operation of the Tatanagar-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh and the Jammu Tawi express, citing the large Sikh population in the region. The DRM of Chakradharpur, A.J. Rathour, has assured them of raising the issue with the Railway Board.

Management Committee, Sardar Bhagwan Singh ke netrutva mein, ne dhamki di thi ki agar train nahi chali to woh aur action lenge. Unki appeal ke baad, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ne train chalane ka vachan diya, jiske baad South Eastern Railway zone ne Shukravaar ko aadesh jaari kiya. Sikh community ne is decision ka dhanyavaad kiya, aur yeh bataya ki yeh train chhe states ke hazaaroo passengers ke liye bahut helpful hai. Lekin unhone yeh bhi maang ki hai ki Tatanagar-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh aur Jammu Tawi express daily chalni chahie, kyonki is region mein bahut zyada Sikh population hai. Chakradharpur ke DRM, A.J. Rathour, ne unhe yeh assurance diya hai ki woh yeh matter Railway Board ke samne rakhengi.
