Chakradharpur. The division earned ₹2024 crore in November alone, loading 15.38 million tons, which is 16% higher than Bilaspur, the second-highest earning division. The Dhanbad division's success is attributed to its crucial role in supplying coal for electricity generation across India. In addition to its revenue generation, the division is also actively involved in improving railway infrastructure, including new train services, station beautification, and construction of 20 Road Over Bridges (ROBs).
