the Sarayu river. Registration has opened for the construction of monasteries, guesthouses, and hotels in the first phase. The project's layout includes 330 acres for greenery, 254 acres for roads, 128 acres for commercial activities, 93 acres for group housing, and 60 acres for government buildings. The Sarayu river will flow through the center of the township, with the flow regulated by IIT Roorkee engineers. While registration for institutions is open, public allotment for land will be delayed for a year to allow for infrastructure development, including roads, electricity, sewage, and parks.
