a high level commission of enquiry and need to hard punish guilty officers /responsiblle for delaying the things. then railway officer will never delay any project. We have huge anger why it is still under construction and trying to make fool munger-bhagalpur citizen.It is not only our duty to pay taxes and dont ask anything. It is not justified anywhere still it is under construction. Tunnel is only 300-400 m.It is one of the smallest tunnel and taking one of the longest time to complete because of poor work culture and corruption.
