ऐसा कीजिये कि आप RTI डालिये और पिछले साढ़े चार साल के काम की तुलना उससे पहले के दस सालों से कीजिये । आपकी पीड़ा तो बढ़ेगी लेकिन आप जो बार बार तकिया कलाम चिपकाते हो कि सरकार ने कुछ नहीं किया शायद आगे से बंद कर दो ।

I do not need to file an RTI to know all these. By the way, how you came to know that I use to post same slang again and again. Have you gone through all my earlier blogs. Any ways its my personal opinion , if you disagree its your choice but don't poke me from here on wards.
