This. This is the reason why facilities arenot provided by Rlys. Once provided it is missused. Now if railway stops these helping gestures then the geniune passengers will suffer. So due to 4-5 people whole lot of passengers may suffer.

A small section of such hopeless citizens are responsible for facilities deserved by majority of other citizens. That is why there should be a credibility score of every citizen (possible thru adhaar linking) and ones with poor scores should be denied such special treatment.

Same was the case in Tejas & Shatabdhi LCd screens damages by some ppl who travelling on that sections and result is All passengers are blamed for not fit to get such amentites and qualities yet..
