Sir question Is that if RM resign, then after train derailment happen because of negligence of railway staffs in time of new RM then what ? You will again demand for replacement for another new RM again and again ? I am not saying that cost of peoples live is much more than development. Pls tell

India never got such a dynamic RM. But to monitor all zones he may need few more fellow juniors, currently there are only two. Let them have at-least 4 MoS railways. North, South, East, West wise, which can closely monitor everything including maintenance and new works.

Bhai, is hisab se to har wo insan jo jail jata hai kisi ke murder karne ke baad, use nahi jana chahiye kyuki uske jail jaane ya fansi pe latakne se wapas nahi aayega mara hua insan. Aur ek baat, jo log bol rahe ki kya guarantee hai ki accident nahi hoga, ye to waisa hi hogaya, ki, agar log pooch lein, murder ki saja capital punishment ya lifetime imprisonment kar dene se kya crime ruk jayega ? Nahi rukega, par criminals mai dar to rahega. Wahi yahan hona chahiye. PM ko aise incompetent RM ko hata ke sandesh dena chahiye. Aur ek baat, jo bol rhe ki RM ki kya galti hai, yaad rakho, sena jeet jaye to jab senapati uska wahwahi le sakta hai, to sena ke har pe bhi use hi responsibility leni chahiye.

* More the number of RMs, more will be their pet (loss making) trains and projects. Not all RMs are hard working and contribute to IR like Mr Prabhu does, n are a burden on the IR officials who often put their demands most of which are not in the interest of IR.
* Monitoring safety is a function of Rly employees and officials, not RMs, else there should be 17 RMs one for each zones and a few more to oversee the railway production units.

the victory of an election or nomination to the house, which is no qualification to understand and govern/manage/administer the mammoth organisation called IR. More over, MR is selected based on the political convenience rather than skill/capability to understand and manage IR. Mr. Prabhu could contribute to IR as he is professionally well qualified (CA), have rich experience, is sincere and dedicated towards his job. Many RMs just follow the advice of their secretaries.
* If the RM is changed, it will definitely be a big setback for IR.
