it was a nightmare for the pax. platforms too crowded. trains running too slow and too late during rush hours. to add salt to injury, long distance trains like shatabdi, ranakpur, flying rani, Bhavnagar exp etc. were given top priority and not halted before virar.
I again reiterate that during rush hours no long distance train should enter the suburban section. The TT needs to be modified that all these trains either enter virar before 7 am or after 10 am to ensure smoot movement of local trains.
