Maintaining 130kmph during entire journey seems improbable esp. on the tight curves in BRC-RTM section. The news may mean to say that the booked speed through out the journey shall be 130kmph.
If all the line clear signal is given through out the route with just minimal single stop for crew change, the train is most likely to complete NDLS-BCT journey in 13 hours. Even LHB Rajdhani rake can do it in about 14 hours under same conditions.
