Both central and state government appropriate the existing surcharges for Swash .Already A.C. coaches charges are very high. Additional surcharges burden is unwanted. It erode the passenger to Air travel and Bus services.
maybe not bus. Maharashtra state government is already planning a rise in their cost too, and so would others, citing increased diesel costs, slaries and stuff.
All CG employees will show Modi the exit door if he doesnt allocate the funds in 7th cpc as promised. Let him collect Swatch Bharat Cess.
