first time I have come across a genuine ground level feasibility report about colaba-seepz metro route.
i don't think it is going to serve the majority of existing commuters of western line for sure. I am not aware about the travelling patterns of central line. It will purely benefit the affluent people who travel by car, that too towards airport.
one should understand that the majority of people are not travelling between business districts, but from home to any of these business districts.

everybody knows that the majority of poeple live in the suburbs not in the island.
i think this will not be as successful as compared to the hype created around it.
i strongly feel that people will hugely benefit if capacity is augmented on virar-dadar or even virar-bandra stretch.
