The list does not include SBC,MYS and UBL as RM thinks that these stations are VERY CLEAN
Rangiya,New Bongaigaon & Kishanganj in the list but New Jalpaiguri is missing
Something is wrong in assumption as Rangiya has one of the cleanest platforms in NF
