Exactly I was shocked too...but this is a representing image...!! this incident once occurred on DN Bhopal Shatabdi too while I was On board !!

I was in Shatabdi today. vacuum pipe of coach C7 broke leading to emergence of smoke and train stopped at pakur outer. But no major problem occured and after small inspection, it was instructed to move to its destination.
Total failure of maintenance by NFR.
