They may as well use this 3A coach for overnight trains that have good demand such as JU-HWH instead of using it to run a daytime intercity...
It has a 3A coach now itself (before getting LHB coaches) isnt it?
With respect to passenger comfort,
It is very comfortable.
Feels less vibrations as against ICF, so we get good sleep.
With speed capable of 160 kmph, you won't feel the speed even when it is running at 90-100 kmph.

pass comfort is defined by ride index at maximum possible speed and lhb have highest ride index ..
