The vizhinjam balarampuram railway line is made to connect Vizhinjam Port with the TVM line.If this line is connected to the Sabari rail line,It will connect many towns in Tvm,Kollam,Pathanamthitta also will not congest the existing TVC ERS line.

Absolutely rubbish.CAN SBC extn to CLT is absolute waste as the train majorly caters to the Mangaluru Bengaluru crowd(most end to end) with 1 or 2 bookings from Kannur.
Vande Bharat extension too is just a buffoonery.How will it be a benefit?Also CLT doesn't have PM facilities for a regular train let alone Vande Bharat.
If he had a bit of an idea abt rly,He shud have tried for pm facilities at Westhill.
