Online bookings me yeh suvidhaen kam hai, date change ke liye cancel karna padta hai aur name transfer ke liye railway counter pe jaana padta hai. Railway staff ko yaatriyon ko yeh suvidhaen deni chahiye, lekin woh yeh nahi karte hain, jisse yaatriyon ko pareshani hoti hai. Is article me yeh baat zordaar tarike se batayi gayi hai ki yeh rules properly implement honi chahiye aur railway staff ko yeh rules follow karne chahiye.
