Passengers traveling in the third AC Economy class of the 12328 Dehradun-Howrah Upasana Express also reported issues with the AC and lack of drinking water. Passengers in the B-2 and B-3 coaches of the 13414 Farakka Express's third AC faced difficulties due to the water shortage, forcing them to purchase water and use the toilet.

ne bhi AC kaam nahi karne par narazgi dikhayi. 12328 mein Dehradun Hawaada Upasana Express ki third AC Economy class ke passengers ne bhi AC kharab hone aur pani ki problem batai. 13414 Farakka ki third AC bogi B-2 aur B-3 mein pani khatam hone se dikkat hui. Pani kharid kar toilet jana pada.
