Specifically, passengers on several trains, including Vande Bharat Express, have reported AC malfunctions, with some being denied AC failure certificates, making it difficult to claim refunds. Other complaints include waterlogged compartments, unsanitary conditions, and overbooked trains where passengers were forced to stand despite having confirmed tickets. Additionally, several trains experienced significant delays, adding further to the woes of passengers.

jaata hai ki safar karna aur mushkil ho gaya hai. Railway ke help app pe yeh sab shikayaten a rahi hain. Long distance trains mein seats pe kabza karne ki bhi shikayaten a rahi hain, lekin yaatriyon ko koi madad nahin mil rahi. Kuchh trains mein AC kharab hone ke baad certificate bhi nahin diya gaya, jisse refund claim karna mushkil ho gaya. Kuchh trains mein toh barish ka pani bhi bhar gaya tha, aur koi safai bhi nahin thi. Bahut saari trains late bhi chali, jisse yaatriyon ki pareshani aur badh gayi.
