Indian Railways services affected in Ambala Division of Northern Railway due to farmers’ protest – Check list here

Due to ongoing farmers' protests in Punjab, several train services in the Ambala division of Northern Railway have been disrupted. (Shri Ganganagar-Ambala) will depart from Bathinda on the same day. Train 19612 (Amritsar-Ajmer Express) will take an alternate route via Tarn Taran Jn.-Beas on February 15th. Meanwhile, the 'Delhi Chalo' march by farmers, now in its third day, is led by the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha and the Punjab Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee. A crucial meeting between farmer unions and the government is scheduled for 5 pm today to address the farmers' 12 demands, including an MSP law, debt waiver, and pension scheme for farmers and laborers. These demands were promised during the 2021 protest, prompting the resumption of agitation when they weren't fulfilled.

Iske saath hi, farmers ka 'Delhi Chalo' march, jo ki aaj teen din ka ho gaya hai, Sanyukt Kisan Morcha aur Punjab Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee ke netritva mein chal raha hai. Farmers aur sarkar ke beech ek important meeting aaj sham 5 baje hai, jismein farmers ki 12 demands, jaise ki MSP law, debt waiver, aur farmers aur farm laborers ke liye pension scheme, par baat hogi. Yeh demands 2021 ke protest mein diye gaye the, aur jab yeh poori nahi hui, toh farmers ne apna agitation fir se start kar diya.
