The Indian Railways operates thousands of trains across the country, connecting major cities with remote areas, making it a vital part of India's connectivity. Millions of passengers travel on these trains daily. To ensure a smooth journey for passengers, the Indian Railways has established rules. Passengers must have valid tickets even for general coaches, and ticketless travel carries a fine. Passengers can report any instances of excessive fare demands by Ticket Examiners (TTEs) through the helpline number 139, the online platform (link provided), or via SMS to 9717630982. Investigations will be conducted, and action will be taken against TTEs found guilty of extortion.

Har din lakhs of passengers inhe use karte hai. Passengers ke smooth journey ke liye, Indian Railways ne rules banaye hai. Passengers ko general coaches me bhi ticket chahiye, aur bina ticket travel par fine lagta hai. Passengers agar TTEs se zyada paise maangne par complain karna chahte hai, toh helpline number 139, online platform (link diya gaya hai), ya SMS 9717630982 pe kar sakte hai. Jaanch ki jayegi, aur agar TTEs ko extortion ka guilty paya gaya, toh action liya jayega.
