Fraud Upi QR Code से यूपीआई पेमेंट धोखाधड़ी से कैसे बचें? इन बातों का रखें ध्यान

In 2023, complaints related to the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) have doubled compared to 2022, driven by an increase in fraudulent QR code usage. Almost half of these complaints involve scams spread through WhatsApp and text messages, resulting in users losing their UPI payments. Fraudsters are using various methods to deceive...

users, including offering cashback incentives after scanning a QR code and making a payment. Once users enter their password and UPI pin, the scammers steal large sums of money. Another emerging scam involves fraudsters replacing genuine QR codes with fake stickers. When users make a payment, the money is transferred to a different account. Experts advise users to be cautious and ensure they are scanning legitimate QR codes. They emphasize that QR codes and PINs are only for sending money, not for receiving money, and that no PIN is required to approve a payment. The government should also take proactive measures to prevent such fraudulent activities.

2023 mein, UPI (Unified Payments Interface) se related complaints 2022 ke compared mein double ho gayi hain. Iska main reason hai fraudulent QR code ka badhta use. Almost aadh complaints Whatsapp aur text messages ke through aate hain, aur isse UPI payments me loss ho raha hai. Scammers ab...

new ways se users ko dhokha de rahe hain. Yeh cashback offer karke QR code scan karne ke baad payment karne ke liye kehte hain. Users password and UPI pin enter karne ke baad, scammers bada amount chori kar lete hain. Dusra new scam yeh hai ki scammers asli QR code ki jagah fake sticker laga dete hain. Isse payment karne par paise dusre account mein transfer ho jaate hain. Experts users ko careful rahne ke liye bol rahe hain aur yeh check karne ke liye kehte hain ki QR code asli hai ya nahi. They bolte hain ki QR code aur PIN sirf paise bhejne ke liye hai, paise lene ke liye nahi. Aur, payment approve karne ke liye PIN ki jarurat nahi hoti hai. Sarkar ko bhi proactive steps lene chahiye aise fraud ko rokne ke liye.
