ROB project is estimated to take 18 months to complete and will cost around 72 crore rupees. The 650-meter-long bridge will have two lanes with a width of 9 meters each, making travel easier for people from Chhola towards Nishatpura. The ROB will benefit residents of areas like Coach Factory, Dwarka Nagar, Chhola, Karond, Bhanpur, Berasia, Lambakheda, and Jail Road. The narrow underpass currently poses difficulties for vehicles, leading to traffic congestion. The new ROB will significantly improve access to Nishatpura station, making it convenient for all citizens of Bhopal.
