running a diesel engine at 110 km/h on the new line. This 5.40 km long section will be operational for MEMU trains after the CRS inspection. Electrification of this section is underway and expected to be completed by August. This will allow the extension of the MEMU train service from Khandwa to Omkareshwar Road, making it easier for devotees to reach the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga from Khandwa and Maharashtra. While the construction of the railway line towards Indore from Omkareshwar Road station hasn't started yet, it is expected to begin soon. The railway has been constructing a new broad gauge bridge over the Narmada River in Mortakka for over a year, but the progress is slow. The demolition of all pillars of the old bridge has not been completed yet.

Monday ko, Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) R.K. Sharma Sanawad aur Omkareshwar Road station ke beech wali new line ka inspection karenge. Trial train 120 km/h speed pe chalai jayegi. Sunday ko, railway officers ne is section pe special trial liya aur new line pe 110 km/h speed pe diesel engine...

successfully run kiya. This 5.40 km long section pe MEMU train chalai jayegi after CRS inspection. Is section ka electrification August tak complete ho jayega. Khandwa se Sanawad tak chalne wali MEMU train ka extension Omkareshwar Road station tak ho jayega. This route pe just MEMU train chalai jayegi. This se Khandwa aur Maharashtra se Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga ke darshan ke liye aane walo ko bahut convenience hogi. Omkareshwar Road station se Indore ki taraf railway line ka construction abhi shuru nahi hua hai, but jaldi shuru hone wala hai. Railway Mortakka mein Narmada river pe new broad gauge bridge bana rahe hain, lekin kaam bahut slow chal raha hai. Old bridge ke saare pillars abhi tak nahi tute hain.

These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
